We ask that all issues you would like to discuss are sent at least a week in advance to us either by email (community@rhul.ac.uk) or by phoning details through on 01784 443394.  This will enable us to send out a full agenda in advance of the meeting and to conduct any research we may need to answer specific concerns / questions and to allow us to ask relevant College staff to attend if necessary.
